FAQ’s
Q. What is needed to come see a patient?
A. Patients can call for a consultation. Referal sources can fax me the patients Face Sheet so I can verify insurance and have all the pertinent information to bill their insurance and contact their doctor.
Q. What insurance’s do you accept?
A. Currently I am a Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and Anthem provider.
Q. How soon can you evaluate a client?
A. Normally it is one to two days.
Q. How long does it take to get a device?
A. The normal turn around it one to two weeks, depending on the device. Some times it is quicker. I strive to fit the client as soon as the device is ready.
Q. Can a brace be fit in a SNF?
A. If the client is still on part A the facility must pay. If the client is on part B I can bill Medicare directly for a brace. ***Prosthetics can be fit any time during their stay.
Q. What kind of schooling do you have?
A. I have a bachelors from Purdue and a Certificate in Orthotics from Northwestern University American Academy
Q. Can clients come to your office or do you only come to their home?
A. I can do either. Whatever the client prefers. I have a office on Klondike
